The Estates of Fort Lauderdale was developed by Escom enterprises Inc.
We are a non-profit corporation created in 1979.
We have almost 800 Upscale Manufactured and Modular homes.
Every homeowner owns his parcel of land.
The community offers many amenities including a 9 hole Gulf Course, an impressive Clubhouse, Large Heated Swimming Pool with Deck Chairs Loungers and Tables, Roman Spa, Fitness Center, Sauna, 2 Lakes with Beachfront and BBQ area, Boat Launch, Tennis Courts, Basketball, Pickleball, 4 Bowling Lanes, Shuffleboard, Pétanque, Luncheonette, Hair Salon, Laundry facility and a Library.
The community has Four Social Clubs that organize many activities and events or you can enjoy tranquility if you wish.
