Effective 1/1/2025 Maintenance fees will be $115.00 per month / per lot

 Pay your maintenance fee by the 24th of every month to avoid late fees

Lawns must be Maintain and weeds must be removed from stone yards

Bulk pickup is the second Thursday of every month

Any pet over 30 lbs. should wear a muzzle when in public areas

Parking in driveway or under carport only

(Same rule for boat up to 23' and trailer)

No Parking on grass or stone lawns

Register all guests who are staying longer then 3 days at the Office 

All renters must be registered and must be approved by the board

Renting homes can only be done after 3 years of ownership and is limited to 3 times a year

If Renting proper city permit required (Absolutely no hotel type rental)
